Chairman of the Board, FireEye Managing Director, Bain Capital Ventures

Enrique has served as a member of the board of directors since February 2013 and as our Chairman of the Board since March 2017. Enrique previously served as our Lead Independent Director from February 2016 to March 2017. He has been a managing director of Bain Capital Ventures since July 2014. He was president, chief executive officer and a director of Symantec Corporation from April 2009 until July 2012. Prior to this, Enrique held other senior executive positions at Symantec from June 2004 to April 2009. Prior to Symantec, from April 2002 to June 2004, Enrique served as president and chief executive officer of Brightmail, Inc. prior to its acquisition by Symantec in 2004. He also held senior leadership roles at Oblix Inc., Ask Jeeves Inc., Peter Norton Computing, Inc., and Security Pacific Merchant Bank. In March 2011, Enrique was appointed to President Barack Obama's Management Advisory Board. He currently serves on the board of directors of a number of privately held technology companies. He previously served on the board of directors of Automatic Data Processing, Inc. from January 2010 to November 2013 and on the board of directors of Symantec Corporation from April 2009 to July 2012. He received the Estrella Award from the Hispanic IT Executive Council in 2010 and was named Entrepreneur of the Year in 2004 by Ernst & Young.

Enrique holds an A.B. in computer science from Dartmouth College.

Chief Executive Officer and Board Director

Kevin has served as FireEye Chief Executive Officer since June 2016 and was appointed to the company’s Board of Directors in February 2016. He was previously President of FireEye from February 2015 until June 2016. Kevin joined FireEye as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in December 2013, when FireEye acquired Mandiant, the company he founded in 2004. Before Mandiant, Kevin was the Director of Computer Forensics at Foundstone (acquired by McAfee Corporation) from 2000 to 2003, and the Director of Information Security for Sytex (later acquired by Lockheed Martin) from 1998 to 2000. Kevin also served in the United States Air Force, where he was a computer security officer in the 7th Communications Group at the Pentagon, and a special agent in the Air Force Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI).

Kevin holds a B.S. in computer science from Lafayette College and a M.S. in forensic science from The George Washington University.

Principal, Alexy Capital Management

Kimberly has served as a member of the board of directors since January 2015. She has served as the principal of Alexy Capital Management, a private investment management firm that she founded, since June 2005. Kimberly has served on the board of directors of CalAmp Corp. since May 2008 and the board of directors of Five9, Inc. since October 2013. She previously served on the board of directors of SMART Modular Technologies (WWH), Inc. from September 2009 to August 2011, the board of directors of SouthWest Water Company from August 2009 to September 2010, the board of directors of Dot Hill Systems Corp. from December 2005 to May 2010, and the board of directors of Maxtor Corporation from June 2005 to May 2006. From 2012 to 2014, Kimberly served as an adjunct lecturer at San Diego State University in the Graduate School of Business. From 1998 to 2003, she served as senior vice president and managing director of equity research for Prudential Securities, where she served as principal technology hardware analyst for the firm. Prior to joining Prudential, Kimberly served as vice president of equity research at Lehman Brothers, where she covered the computer hardware sector, and assistant vice president of corporate finance at Wachovia Bank.

Kimberly is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), and holds a B.A. in psychology from Emory University and an M.B.A. with a concentration in finance and accounting from the College of William and Mary.

Sara Andrews

Sara has served as a member of the board of directors since August 2020. She has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer at PepsiCo, Inc. since July 2014, where she is responsible for safeguarding networks and data across all PepsiCo business units and brands globally. Prior to joining PepsiCo, Inc., she served as Chief Network Security Officer of Verizon Communications, Inc. from June 1997 to July 2014, during which time she led several organizations responsible for the security of all Verizon wireline networks serving Verizon's residential, small business and enterprise customers. Sara has served on the board of directors of LogMeIn, Inc. since April 2018, and also serves on the board of directors of the Collin County Children’s Advocacy Center, a non-profit child advocacy center based in Plano, Texas. She is a member of the CISO (Chief Information Security Officer) Coalition National Leadership Board and, in March 2019, was named an Ambassador to the World Economic Forum’s Centre for Cybersecurity.

Sara holds a B.I.E. from Auburn University and an M.B.A. from Brenau University.

Independent Consultant

Ronald has served as a member of the board of directors since July 2012. He has been an independent business consultant since April 2002. From January 1999 to April 2002, he served as president, chief executive officer, and a director of Momentum Business Applications, Inc., an enterprise software company. From September 1991 to December 1998, he served as senior vice president of finance and administration and chief financial officer of PeopleSoft, Inc., a provider of human resource management systems. He has served on the board of directors of ServiceNow, Inc., Rocket Fuel Inc. and Veeva Systems Inc. since February 2012. Additionally, he previously served on the boards of directors of numerous information technology companies, including most recently DemandTec, Inc., Interwoven, Inc. and Data Domain, Inc.

Ronald holds a B.S. in accounting from the University of California, Berkeley and an M.M. in finance and M.I.S. from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

President of Products, Zendesk
Adrian McDermott

Adrian has served as a member of the board of directors since February 2019. He has been leading the Product Management and Engineering teams for Zendesk since 2010 and is currently Zendesk’s President of Products. Zendesk is a publicly traded, web-based customer service software company founded in Denmark and now headquartered in San Francisco, California. Previously, he was Chief Technical Officer at Attributor, where he managed web crawling and content identification systems for text, video and images. Adrian was the first engineer hired by Plumtree Software and remained with the company through the IPO and subsequent acquisition by BEA. He currently serves on the Bay Area advisory board for the non-profit Street Soccer USA and a member of the advisory board of directors for the startup Be My Eyes that is helping to bring sight to blind and low vision people.

Adrian holds a B.Sc. in computer science from De Montfort University.

Former Global Chief Technology Officer, Vodafone Group Plc

Steve has served as a member of the board of directors since June 2015. Steve has a wealth of international experience as a senior customer facing business technology leader. He has over 35 years’ experience in the telecommunications industry in both the wireline and wireless sectors and in business applications and solutions. Steve served as the Group Chief Technology Officer of Vodafone Group Plc from September 2006 to August 2015 and was responsible for defining and leading their global technology strategy and operations for networks, IT and product development. Steve was also a Vodafone Group Plc Board member from June 2009 to August 2015, and was a Vodafone representative board member within the Verizon Wireless partnership. As part of his former role at Vodafone, Steve also sat on or participated in a number of Telecoms and IT industry advisory panels including representing Vodafone for 3 years within the GSMA industry body. Prior to joining Vodafone Group Plc in 2006, Steve held the positions of Executive Vice President and President, Nortel EMEA, and spent several years with British Telecom.

Steve is educated in communications and micro-electronics and has attended the Advanced Management Program at Harvard University.

Former Chairman, President and CEO, ADC Telecommunications

Bob has served as a member of the board of directors since September 2017. He has more than 30 years of experience across the technology market and other industries, including more than 15 years with ADC Telecommunications, Inc., a supplier of network infrastructure products and services. Bob served as president and CEO from August 2003 to December 2010, and was named chairman of the board in 2008. He joined ADC as chief financial officer in 1994, and was a major contributor to the company’s financial and business success in a number of other leadership roles. Prior to ADC, Bob held senior finance and operations management positions at Burr-Brown Corporation, a multi-national manufacturer of precision micro-electronics and systems products; Gulfstar Incorporated, a leading manufacturer of luxury motor yachts; PepsiCo Incorporated, an international beverage, restaurant and snack foods company; AMF Incorporated, a leisure and industrial products company; and Olin Corporation, a diversified chemical, metals and consumer products company. An active board member, Bob has served on Micron Technology’s board of directors since 2006 and as its chairman of the board since February 2012.

Bob holds an MBA from the University of Bridgeport and a B.S. in business administration from Quinnipiac University.
