Kevin has served as FireEye Chief Executive Officer since June 2016 and was appointed to the company’s Board of Directors in February 2016. He was previously President of FireEye from February 2015 until June 2016. Kevin joined FireEye as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in December 2013, when FireEye acquired Mandiant, the company he founded in 2004. Before Mandiant, Kevin was the Director of Computer Forensics at Foundstone (acquired by McAfee Corporation) from 2000 to 2003, and the Director of Information Security for Sytex (later acquired by Lockheed Martin) from 1998 to 2000. Kevin also served in the United States Air Force, where he was a computer security officer in the 7th Communications Group at the Pentagon, and a special agent in the Air Force Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI).
Kevin holds a B.S. in computer science from Lafayette College and a M.S. in forensic science from The George Washington University.
Travis has served as President of FireEye since June 2016. He was previously President of Mandiant Consulting and iSIGHT Intelligence, overseeing the organization that delivers FireEye incident response and strategic consulting services, as well as cyber threat intelligence solutions. Travis joined FireEye in December 2013, when the company acquired Mandiant, where he served as President and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to Mandiant, Travis was co-founder of the Computer Forensic and Intrusion Analysis Group at Aegis Research Corporation (acquired by ManTech International), and a Special Agent with the United States Air Force Office of Special Investigations.
Travis studied executive education through Harvard Business School and holds a B.S. in criminal justice from Wayland Baptist University.
Heading up the FireEye legal, stock administration and privacy teams, Alexa is Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary. Before FireEye, Alexa was Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary of Aruba Networks, Inc., a provider of enterprise wireless networks. Her early career included working at Siebel Systems, and Fenwick & West. Alexa has served on the board of directors of Vocera Communications, Inc. since July 2016. Additionally, she served as founding director of Pathbrite, Inc. (formerly known as RippleSend, Inc.) from 2008 to 2009 and as advisor from 2009 to 2011.
Alexa graduated magna cum laude from Harvard College with a degree in Eastern European Studies and received her J.D. from the UC Berkeley School of Law, where she was named to the Order of the Coif.
Bill brings more than 25 years of global leadership experience in cyber security, cloud services and other technology markets to FireEye. Bill has held a number of senior management positions, overseeing sales, operations, market development and organizational change. Prior to joining FireEye in 2016, Bill served as executive vice president of worldwide sales at Nuance Communications, where he led all aspects of revenue generation, including customer and partner relationships, sales strategy, sales operations and corporate marketing. During 10 years at Symantec and VERITAS Software prior to the company’s acquisition by Symantec, he served as executive vice president of worldwide sales and services, after previously leading sales efforts in the Americas and Asia Pacific and Japan.
Bill earned degrees in economics and finance from Southern Methodist University.
Frank has served as FireEye Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since February 2017 and as Chief Accounting Officer since August 2016. He has held a number of other leadership positions in the FireEye finance organization since joining the company in 2012, including Senior Vice President of Finance. Prior to FireEye, Frank was Chief Financial Officer at Apptera, iPass and Impact Hire, and he also held senior positions at Interlink Computer Sciences and Coopers & Lybrand LLP.
Frank earned a B.S. in Business Administration from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
